Cochran – Kathryn Jordan, age 84, died Monday in Crescent Ridge Nursing Home in Eastman. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. in Dubois Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Jordan had lived in Cochran 49 years. She was the daughter of the late Arthur T. and Annie Lee McDonald Zorn and the widow of Samuel H. “Sam” Jordan. She was a former sales clerk at Asbells Clothing Store and Allied Dept. Store. She was a member of Dubois Baptist Church.

Survivors are her children, Brenda Jordan and James (Marsha) Jordan of Cochran and Linda (Wayne) Sanders of Unadilla; her sister Dorothy Taylor of Ashburn; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

The family is at 709 Highway 87 South and will greet friends from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. Tuesday at Mathis Funeral Home.
