Centerville – Amelia Trice Leith, age 78, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in The Phoenix at Lake Joy Hospice Care in Warner Robins. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. The family will greet friends after the service Wednesday at Mathis Funeral Home.

Amelia, born in Hawkinsville and raised in Cochran, had lived in Macon, California and Milledgeville before moving to Centerville 2 years ago. She was the daughter of the late Alvin Julian Trice, Sr. and Lounette Young Trice. Amelia was retired from Bank of America after 30 years of service.

Survivors are her husband of 49 years, Michael "Mike" Leith of Centerville; her son, Jason Leith of Centerville; her sisters, Gwen (Larry T.) Floyd and Debbie (Bobby R. Smith) Newman all of Cochran; her brothers, Wendell "Winky" Trice of Cochran and Al (LaNelle Forrest) Trice of Warner Robins; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
