Cochran – Billie Ann Willingham Barnett, age 82, passed away, Friday, May 1, 2026, at her son's residence in Flowery Branch. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. in the First Baptist Church in Cochran. The family will greet friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, May 8,2026 at Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.

Billie Ann, born in Dodge County, was raised in Cochran and had lived in Gwinnett County before moving back to Cochran. She was the daughter of the late Billie F. and Tynie Yearty Willingham. She was retired civil service from the US Treasury and ATF as a Firearms License Examiner. She was a member and former church secretary at Cochran First Baptist Church.

Survivors are her children, Sherri Butler and Terry Barnett of Cochran, Gary (Katy) Barnett of Flowery Branch; her grandchildren, Samantha, Joshua, Joseph, Peyton, Braden (Morgan), Garrett, Teryn, Caleb, Cody and Brittany; great grandchildren, Charlotte, Cali Grace, Grayson, Rowan, Raiya, Lakelynn and Ashton; several cousins.

The family is at 152 Crest Drive, Cochran.
