Billie Faye Cranford, age 88, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Atrium Health Navicent in Macon. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Bowers Cemetery.

Born at home in Hawkinsville, Mrs. Billie was the daughter of the late Joe and Minton Brady Passmore. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Herbert “Buddy” Cranford, and by her siblings, Dennis Passmore, Jo Passmore, Kenzie “Mann” Passmore, and Jenelle Stokes.

Mrs. Billie worked at Opelika Mills before beginning her career with Lithonia Lighting, where she retired after 22 years of service.

She is survived by her children, Kim (Angela) Cranford of Cochran and Tim (Suzanne) Cranford of Cochran; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Earl) Davis of Cochran, Kevin (Hillary) Cranford of Cochran, and Casi (Luke) Arnold of Cochran; and her great-grandchildren, Scarlett Cranford, Lizzie Cranford, Kate Davis, Ava Davis, Bo Arnold, and Blaine Arnold. She is also survived by her sisters, Josephine Coleman, Tyne Scarbourgh, and Nikki Morrow, along with several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 280 Old Eastman Road.
