Savannah – Billisu O'Barr Pittman, age 73, died Saturday, April 23, 2022, in Hospice Savannah. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, April 25, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in Bowers Cemetery in Cochran.

Mrs. Pittman, born in Telfair County, had lived in Savannah 32 years. She was the daughter of the late Bill O'Barr and Sue Melvin O'Barr Hall. Mrs. Billisu was a former supervisor for Human Resources in Chatham County and former vice president and supervisor for Goodwill. She was a Jehovah Witness for 49 years.

Survivors are her husband, Roy Lee Pittman of Savannah; her children, Keith (Tonya) Pittman of Chester, Kevin (Candi) Pittman of Fairburn, Kyle (Valarie) Pittman and Kristi (Anthony) Como of Savannah; her sister, Faye Teet of Carrollton; her brothers, Mike O'Barr of Carrollton and Chip O'Barr of Americus; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 2345 Plainfield Road, Chester and will greet friends after the service Monday at Bowers Cemetery.
