Cochran – Brenda G. Floyd, age 68, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2026 in Dodge County Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 21, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. in Faith Baptist Church. The family will greet friends from 2:00 P.M. until time for the service Monday at the church. Burial will be in Union Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Brenda, born in Athens, had lived in Warner Robins and lived most of her life in Cochran. She was the daughter of the late Jack and Sara Patton Moore. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Danny Ray Floyd, Sr. and David Giddens, her sons, Scotty Floyd and Tony Floyd, two brothers and three grandchildren. Brenda was a home health nurse for Three Rivers Home Health and a graduate of Northside High School in Warner Robins. She attended Faith Baptist Church.

Survivors are her children, April (Tommy) Bowen, Crystal (Scott Stroup) Floyd and Daniel Floyd all of Cochran; her sisters, Glenda Hunt of Crawford County and Sherri Nichols of South Carolina; her brother, Phil (Donna) Moore of Florida; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 145 Raven Road, Cochran.
