Hawkinsville – Carolyn Mullis Smith, age 80, died Saturday, October 17, 2020, in Savannah Memorial Hospital in Savannah. Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, October 22, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. in Bowers Cemetery.

Mrs. Smith, born in Dodge County, had lived most of her life in Hawkinsville. She was daughter of the late Sylvester "Vester" and Pauline Parker Mullis, wife of the late William Conrad "Con" Davis and was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Smith Knight and her great grandson Luke Wilson. Mrs. Carolyn was a secretary at Opelika Manufacturing in Hawkinsville and a member of the Cochran Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors are her son, Tim (Kay) Smith of Cochran; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Jason) Sapp, Timmy (Sarah) Smith, Kelli (Kelly) Wilson and Rusty Mullis of Cochran; five great grandchildren; her sisters, Doris Barlow of Hawkinsville, Charlene (Seaborn) Smith of Byron and Faye (Jimmy Floyd) Jones of Cochran; her brothers, Curtis Mullis of Cochran, Earl Mullis and S.M. "Buddy" (Barbara) Mullis of Hawkinsville; several nieces and nephews.
