Dublin - Carolyn Robinson Strickland, age 76, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Memorial Health Hospital in Savannah. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Bethesda Baptist Church in Laurens County. The family will greet friends after the service. Private burial will be in the church cemetery.

Carolyn, a lifelong resident of Dublin, was the daughter of the late Paul and Iva Mae Robinson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Strickland, her twin brother, Carl Robinson and her brothers-in-law, John L. Hicks and Marcus M. Kearns. She was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her plants, flowers and talking on the phone with family and friends. Carolyn was a volunteer at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin where she worked countless hours for many years and was a caregiver to several clients.

She is survived by her children, Jimmy Greenway (Keely), Benita Edwards (Doug), Kimberly Garnto (Glenn), Chris Greenway (Bernadette Moore); her sisters, Ivalene Kearns and Pauline Hicks; her brother, Dennis Robinson; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will be at the home of Justin and Brittany Shepherd, 578 GA Hwy 338 in Dublin.
