Cochran – Charlotte Purser O'Neal, age 66, died Saturday, December 12, 2020 at her residence. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, December 14, 2020, at 2:00 P.M. in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Charlotte, a lifelong resident of Cochran, was the daughter of the late K.E. and Ann Smith Purser and the wife of the late W. David O'Neal. She was a 1972 graduate of Cochran High School, attended Middle Georgia College and had worked at the Bleckley County Elementary School Lunchroom. She was a loving mother and avid sports cheerleader.

Survivors are her children, Josh (Crystal) O'Neal of Hawkinsville, Jaime (Daniel) Poteat and John (Kelly) O'Neal of Cochran; her grandchildren, Elias and Eris O'Neal, Richard and Victoria Poteat and Gracie O'Neal; her brother, Riley (Terri) Purser of Cochran; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 424 GA Highway 87 N, Cochran and will greet friends after the service Monday at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
