Haddock – Christine Woodard Skelton, age 93, died Saturday, May 16, 2020, in Lynn Haven Health and Rehabilitation in Gray. Private graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 3:00 P.M. in the Buckhorn Methodist Church Cemetery in Laurens County.

Mrs. Skelton, born in Laurens County, had lived most of her life in in Dodge and Baldwin Counties. She was the daughter of the late Ashley and Eliza Jane Justice Woodard and the wife of the late James H. Skelton. She was a homemaker and the oldest member of Haddock Baptist Church.

Survivors are her children, Barbara (Ira) Bryant and Jerry (Patsy) Potter of Milledgeville and Cathy (Neal) May of LaGrange; grandsons, Joshua (Jennifer) Spears, Justin (Amber) Spears, John (Amber) Spears, Troy Bryant and Eric (Ann) Bryant; nine great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Haddock Baptist Church, 180 Etheridge Road, Haddock, GA 31033.
