Chester – Connie Sue Allen, 65, died Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at her residence.  Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, March 27, 2021, at 1:00 P.M., in Buckhorn United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Connie was born on October 8, 1955, in Laurens County, Georgia. She is the daughter of the late Edgar D. "Son" and Lydia Rowland Allen and was proceeded in death by her sister, Eloise Peacock and her brother, Harold Allen.  She was a homemaker and had worked at Dixon Jewelers.

Survivors include her children, Leigh (Scott Mullis) Burgamy of Chester, Ashley (Misti) Burgamy of Warner Robins and Joshua Killingsworth of Dexter; grandchildren Cole Rowland, Alyssa Malott and Alayna Mullis; siblings, Ronnie (Barbara) Allen of Cochran, Debra (John) Peacock of Brunswick, Doyle (Joyce) Allen and Billy (Patricia) Allen both from Chester; special friend, Wendell Killingsworth of Dexter and many nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends after the service, Saturday, at Buckhorn United Methodist Church Cemetery.
