Cochran – Curtis J. Davis, age 63, passed away Friday. March 20, 2026, in the Bleckley Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 23, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. in Little Bethel Freewill Baptist Church. The family will greet friends from 1:00 P.M. until time for the service Monday at Little Bethel Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Curtis, born in Dublin, had lived most of his life in Bleckley County. He was a family farmer specializing in row crop farming and cattle farming. Curtis was a 1981 graduate of Bleckley County High School and a member of Little Bethel Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors are his parents, J. Hughlon and Shirley P. Davis of Cochran; his sister, Wanda (Toks) Achebe of Kennesaw; his niece, Adaobi Achebe of Kennesaw; his companion, Christie Young of Hawkinsville; his special child, Katie Hall of Hawkinsville; his grandchildren, Estan, Elizabeth, Lily, James, Julianna. Lila Jane and Evan; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
