Cochran – Daniel Lee Wilson, age 69, died Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Bleckley Memorial Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 3:00 P.M. at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Americus.

Mr. Wilson, born in Sumter County, had lived in Cochran for the last 30 years. He was the son of the late William Garnett and Mildred Ledger Wilson. He was a contractor and loved Motown Music.

Survivors are his daughters, Jenny Wilson of Cordele, Maria Wilson, Cassi Wilson and Dana Wilson all of Cochran; grandchildren, Drew Holloway, Memphis Arnold and Silas Jackson; siblings, Junior (Susan) Wilson of Americus, Farron (Priscilla) Wilson of Thomaston, "Sissy" Wilson of Tallahassee, FL, Darren Wilson of Tifton and Amy (Steve) Wroblewski of Warner Robins; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 8, 2021, in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home in Cochran.
