Cochran – Danny Coley, age 62, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, in Bryant Health & Rehabilitation Center in Cochran. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pleasant Olive Cemetery in Chester.

Danny was born on April 25, 1962, in Laurens County. He was the son of the late John E. Coley, Sr. and Betty J. Estes Coley. He was a graduate of Dodge County High School, Class of 1980. Danny had worked for Walmart at their distribution center. He loved to detail cars and he also enjoyed picking at people. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Cochran.

Survivors are his wife, Susan Coley of Cochran; his daughter, Jessica (Devin) White of Jones County; his grandson, Oliver White; His siblings, Vicki Ramage of Byron, Tony (Marie) Coley of Jones County and Johnny (Debbie Hill) Coley of Macon; his half-brother Gary Cunningham of Jones County; his brothers-in-law, Larry (Faye) Johnson of Hawkinsville, Ronnie (Marie) Johnson of Eastman,  Lynn Johnson of Chester, Randy (Lynn) Johnson of Chester and Tony Johnson of Roddy; his sisters-in-law, Jean Evans of Rentz, Joan (Ray) Evans of Rentz and Joean Johnson of Chester; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 926 Chester-Cochran Hwy, Chester and will greet friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Friday at Mathis Funeral Home.
