Chester – Danny Howard Warren, age 78, passed away Sunday, May 3,2026, in Dublin Square Personal Care Home in Dublin. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 11, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 2:00 P.M. until time for the service Monday at Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rowland Family Cemetery in Chester.

Danny, born in Dexter, had lived most of his life in Chester. He was the son of the late Howard Eddie and Marie Rowland Warren and was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Harrell Warren. He was a U.S Air Force Veteran as a mechanic working on C-130 aircraft and owner and operator Warren Video and Pizza Store in Chester. He was a member of Rowland Chapel Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors are his son, T.J. (Kayla) Warren of Chester; grandchildren, Addy, Noah and Will; nephew, he raised as a son, Brandon Harrell of Chester; sister, Bonnie Sue (Alan) Waldrep of Chester; brother, Tommy Warren of Dublin; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will be at 322 Alabama Avenue, Chester.
