Cochran - Dawn Griffin McIntyre, age 62, passed away, Saturday, September 13,2025 at home with her family. Services will be private

Dawn, born in Cherry Point, NC, was the daughter of the late Collis H. Griffin, Jr. and Mary Jane Griffin and was preceded in death by her brother, Allan Travis Griffin. She loved to bake cookies and give them to her friends. Dawn loved to walk and do puzzles. She enjoyed watching football every weekend and knew something about every team and their players. The family thanks you for all your prayers. Dawn, we love you and will miss you everyday. You will forever live in our hearts.

She is survived by her children, Richard Griffin and Jane Griffin of Marietta; her sisters, Diann Smith of Marietta, Elaine Griffin Varnadoe of Cochran, Paula Belanger of Eustis, FL, Yvonne Martin of Thomasville and Denease Berglund of Acworth; her brothers, Collis H Griffin III of Cleveland, Ohio and Collis "CG" Griffin of Jacksonville, FL; several nieces and nephews.
