Byron – Debbi Smith Gowins, age 66, died Tuesday, November 3, 2020, in the Medical Center of Peach County in Ft. Valley. Memorial services will be private.

Debbi, born in Corona, California, was the daughter of the late Raymond Felton, Jr. and Jewel Hall Smith and was preceded in death by her brother, Raymond Felton "Ray" Smith, III. She was retired from the Social Security Administration and a 1972 graduate of Cochran High School.

Survivors are her husband, Kevin Gowins of Byron; her son, Shaun (Elizabeth) Sutton of Byron; her sister, Diana (Paul) Busby of Warner Robins; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 632 Newell Road, Byron, GA 31008.
