Cochran – Deborah Maynard West, age 72, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024, in Bryant Health and Rehab Center in Cochran. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 13, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. in Faith Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Deborah had lived most of her life in Cochran. She was the daughter of late Frank T. and Shirley Partridge Maynard and was preceded in death by her brothers, Tommy Maynard and Laney Maynard. She was a 1970 graduate of Cochran High School and a graduate of Middle Georgia College. Deborah was retired director for the Bleckley County Senior Citizen Center and had worked at Geico, Lithonia Lighting and Towns Insurance Agency. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.

Survivors are her husband, Eddy West of Cochran; her stepdaughter, Angie West of Dublin; her step-granddaughter, Maya Glover of Savannah; her niece, Cheridan Maynard of Barnesville and her nephew, Peyton Maynard of Gainesville; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 232 GA Highway 126 E, Cochran, GA 31014.

The family will greet friends from 2:00 P.M. until time for the service Sunday at Faith Baptist Church.
