Cochran – Doris M. Hodge, age 64, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2024, in Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hart Cemetery.

Doris was a lifelong resident of Bleckley County. She was the daughter of the late Marvin L. and Mary Corene Maddox Hearn and the wife of the late Dwayne Hodge. Doris was retired from Lithonia Lighting Company and a graduate of Bleckley County High School. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.

Survivors are her daughter, Dlacie Hodge of Cochran; her sisters, Elizabeth Hearn of Choctaw, OK, Joan (Woody) Sprayberry of Dublin, Cynthia (Don) Davis of Cochran, Joyce Hearn of East Dublin and Audrey (John W.) Watson of Elko; her brothers, M.C. Hearn of Florida and Wayne Hearn of Macon; several nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends from 2:00 P.M. until time for the service Sunday at Mathis Funeral Home.
