Cochran -Doris R. Sapp, age 98, passed away Friday, October 9, 2026, at her residence. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 12, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. in Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. The family will greet friends from1:00 P.M. until time for the service Monday at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Graveside committal service will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Doris, born in Yonker, had lived most of her life in Cochran. She was the daughter of the late William Monroe “Bill” Sr. and Alma Brown Livingston. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Billie C. Roland and M.C. Sapp, her daughter, Linda N. “Reesie” Dillard, her brother, James K. “Bruiser” Livingston and her sister, JoAnn Bundy. Mrs. Doris was a homemaker and retired from the Bleckley County Tax Commissioners Office. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors are her son, Davey N. Roland of Cochran; her son-in-law, Larry Dillard of Cochran; her grandchildren, Amanda Dillard and John Michael Dillard of Cochran; her brother, Bill Livingston of Cochran; special nieces, Cindi Bruce, Jenny Butler and Jan Greene.

The family is at 230 West Dykes St., Cochran.
