Cochran – Dorothy Mae Collins, age 71, died Monday, September 16, 2019, at her residence. Memorial services will be private.

Mrs. Collins, born in Macon, had lived in Cochran 6 years. She was the daughter of the late Adam Joseph and Rosa Allen and was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Collins. She was a retired seamstress from Happ Manufacturing in Macon.

Survivors are her daughters, Denise Hutto and Valerie Evans of Cochran; grandchildren, Aprieda "Peady" (Malorie) Witherington, Heather (Kyle Brantley) Johnson, Joseph Lynn and Hayden Evans of Cochran; great grandchild, Vaeda Witherington of Cochran.
