Cochran – Ernestine Davis Belflower, age 93, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2026, in At Home Assisted Living in Cochran. Private funeral services were held Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. in Yearty Family Cemetery.

Mr. Ernestine, born in Axon, had lived most of her life in Cochran. She was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Eva Bates Davis and was preceded in death by her husband Robert Belflower and her daughters, Norma Jean Belflower and Bethlyn Belflower Norsworthy. She was a 1948 graduate of Cochran High School and a graduate of Middle Georgia College with an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Mrs. Ernestine was retired from Robins Air Force Base and a member of the Cochran Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Survivors are her children, Beverly (Ritchie) Money and Bruce Belflower all of Cochran, Brenda (Spencer) Hayes of Columbia, AL; 16 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
