Cochran – Eva June Davis, age 78, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at her residence. Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. in the Trail Branch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Eva June had lived in Macon before moving to Cochran where she lived most of her life. She was the daughter of the late William Olin and Zola Alvoid Fowler Sims and was preceded in death by her husband Bernard Davis. She had worked at L&H Shirt Factory and enjoyed time outdoors, gardening and tending to her flowers. Eva June loved spending time with her family.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Lisa Davis of Columbus and Tamie (Jason) Dykes of Perry; her sons, Bernard Davis and Earl (Jennifer) Davis of Cochran; her grandchildren, Wil Dykes, Ava Davis and Kate Davis to whom she was affectionately known as "NaNa",

The family will greet friends after the service Saturday at Trail Branch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
