Mrs. Evelyn M. Graham, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, in At Home Senior Living, surrounded by her family. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. in Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens.
Born and raised in Chester, she was the daughter of the late Walter Lee and Clyde Bryan Minter. A devoted homemaker and talented seamstress, Mrs. Evelyn was known for her kindness and generosity. She was deeply involved in her community, frequently visiting shut-ins in Chester and the surrounding areas. She was a faithful member of Chester Baptist Church, where she served in the Georgia WMU and taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. Her unwavering dedication to Christ was evident in all aspects of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C.A. "Quarter" Graham; her son, Wendell Graham; and her siblings, Edith Garnto, Don Minter, and Elsie Allen. She is survived by her children, Jan (Carroll) Williams of Vidalia, Joan (Charles) Ealy of Eatonton, Sharon Graham of Gordon, and Rickey (Cathy) Graham of Dublin; her daughter-in-law, Johnnie Fay Graham of Chester; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; her sisters, Emily (Charles) Allen of Dexter and Elaine (Ted) Niblett of Plainfield; numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Evelyn's kindness and faith touched many lives, leaving behind a legacy of love and service that will be cherished forever.
