Cochran – Faye Holland Fordham, age 85, died Saturday, July 10, 2021, in Atrium Health Navicent Medical Center in Macon. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. in the Cochran Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial will be in Yearty Family Cemetery.

Mrs. Fordham, a lifelong resident of Cochran, was the daughter of the late Hezzie Frank and Alice Odell Mullis Holland. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Vertis Reno "BB" Fordham, her sister, Varina Floyd and her brother, Dwight Holland. Mrs. Faye was an LPN having retired from Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin and had worked at Bleckley Memorial Hospital in Cochran. She was a member of the Cochran Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors are her daughter, Yvonne Booker of Cordele, son and daughter-in-law, Irwin Reno and Pam Fordham of Jefferson and daughter and son-in-law, Elaine and Russell Smith of Cochran; her grandchildren, Jerome Fordham, Josh Reid, Taylor Reid, D.J. Smith,  Alicia Brasher, Gera Durrand, Zachary Wade, Katelyn Stoddard, Kyle Fordham and Gabriel Smith; thirteen great grandchildren; her sister-in-law and dear friend, Patsy (Herman) Mullis of Cochran; sisters-in-law, Shirley Mullis of Utah and Mae Holland of Kentucky; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 158 Ann St., Cochran and will greet friends Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Mathis Funeral Home.
