Cochran – Florence C. Sapp, age 74, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2025, in Atrium Navicent Medical Center in Macon. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 14, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. The family will greet friends one hour before the service Monday at Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens.

Florence was a lifelong resident of Bleckley County. She was the daughter of the late Emmett Eugene "Stud" Collins, Sr. and Lois Sapp Collins Walker and was preceded in death by her brother, Emmett Eugene "Buckshot" Collins, Jr. and her sister, Cynthia Collins. She was a homemaker and a 1968 graduate of Cochran High School. Florence was of the Nazarene faith.

Survivors are her husband, Larry Sapp of Cochran; her daughters, Stacy (Billy Wayne) Richards of Cochran and Charlotte Albanese of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Tiffany Richards of Cochran, BB (Cody) Raley of Cochran, Boston Albanese of Atlanta and Trace Albanese of Cochran; her great grandchild, Bradley Jones of Cochran; her sister, Becky (Tony) Jones of Cochran; several nieces and nephews; special thank you to Donna Albanese.
