Warner Robins – Frances Allene Rainey, age 89, after a short stay at Heart of Georgia Nursing Home in Eastman, died Friday, August 20, 2021 in the Dodge County Hospital in Eastman. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. in Parkway Memorial Gardens in Warner Robins.

Mrs. Rainey, born in Winchester, KY, was a longtime resident of Warner Robins. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Flora Johnson Embry and was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, James R. Rainey, her sister, Eddie Smith and her brothers, Harold Embry and Gene Embry. She was retired from Belk Department Store in Warner Robins.

Survivors are her children, Debbie (Jay) Willcox, Jimmy (Gail) Rainey and Michael (Joanie) Rainey; her grandchildren, Melody Kerra (Chad) Floyd, Jacob Dalton Rainey, Christopher Tyler (Ashley) Willcox, Ryan Michael (Macey) Rainey, Kate Sauls and Chasity Sauls; her great grandchildren, Rhett and Weston Floyd, Harper Rae Willcox, Paisley and Waylon Watson; her sister-in-law, Wanda Everman; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 3811 Chester Highway, Eastman and will greet friends from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. Monday at Mathis Funeral Home.
