Cochran – Herman Chandler Cotton, age 74, went to heaven Monday, December 2, 2019, in Navicent Health in Macon. Memorial services will be held Thursday, December 5, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. in New Hope Freewill Baptist Church in Empire. The family will greet friends after the service at the church.

Mr. Cotton was born in Macon. He was a retired millwright and diesel mechanic. He had an awesome talent making knives, cannons and many other projects.

Survivors are his wife, Connie Adkins Cotton of Cochran; his daughter Wendy Cotton of Danville; his sons, Scott (Michelle) Cotton of Fort Wayne, IN, Joel Cotton of Atlanta, Jeffrey Cotton of Gray and Damon Rawls of South Carolina; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
