Chester – Jane Bollinger Wynne, age 79, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2026 in Atrium Health Navicent in Macon. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Salem Baptist Church. A visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.

Jane, born in Hawkinsville, was raised in Cochran and lived in Lilburn before moving back to Cochran. She was the daughter of the late John Dean “Skinny” Bollinger, Sr. and Georgia Elizabeth Buchan Bollinger and was preceded in death by her brother, Dean Bollinger, Jr. Jane was a 1965 graduate of Cochran High School and attended Middle Georgia College. She was a homemaker and had worked in customer service for General Time in Athens. She was a faithful member of Salem Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir and played the piano.

Survivors are her husband, Robert Wynne of Chester; her son, Scott (Christy) Wynne of Gainesville; her grandchildren, Dustin Wynne of Braselton and Grayson Wynne (Anna Allen) of Cumming; her sister Mary B. (David) Smith of Dahlonega; her nephews, Heath (Haley) Gilman, Brandi (Rusty) Pearson, Sam (Lacey) Wynne and Michael (Jenni) Wynne; her fur babies, Rocco and Hemi.

The family is at 825 Rebie Road, Chester.
