Rhine – Jason S. Kelley, age 52, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026, in the Bleckley Memorial Hospital in Cochran. Memorial services will be private.

Jason, born in Warner Robins, was the son of the late, Henry Jackson Kelley and Laverne Oxley Kelley Huckelberry. He was preceded in death by his sister, Theresa Ann Kelley, his stepfather, Joe M. Huckelberry, who was always like a second father to Jason and Theresa and his father-in-law, Kenneth Bryant. Jason worked for Dodge Heating and Air for many years, was a former Correctional Officer for the Georgia Department of Corrections and a security guard at Fred's Distribution Center in Dublin. He enjoyed collecting guns and working on them and most importantly spending time with his wife Neysa, daughter Melanie and grandson Blake who was always his "Little Buddy." He was very proud of Melanie and Blake.

Survivors are his wife of almost 34 years, Neysa Bryant Kelley; his daughter, Melanie Kelley (Michael Shearer); his grandson, Blake Ambrose; his nephew, Dylan Kelley (Sarah) his mother-in-law, Barbara Bryant, several cousins and their families and his extended Huckelberry families who were always very special to Jason.
