Cochran - Jennifer "Jenny" Ruth Johnson Brady, age 47, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020, at the Pinewood Manor Nursing Home in Hawkinsville, Georgia. Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in Faith Baptist Church in Cochran.

Jenny was a lifelong resident of Cochran, Georgia and loved her family.  She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Johnson; brother, David Johnson; nephew, Chuck Johnson; and great nephew, Tristin Johnson. She was a graduate of Bleckley County High School, Middle Georgia College and Mercer University.  She worked for many years at the Department of Family and Children's Services in Bleckley County. She dearly loved her son Jake, nature, the beach, animals and working outside with flowers and gardening. She was a charter member of Faith Baptist Church.

Survivors include her mother, Katie Johnson; son, Jake Brady; brother, Steven (Cheryl) Johnson; sister, Kay (Steve) Elliott; nephews, Quentin Johnson, Jeremy (Lauren) Johnson, Andrew Elliott; nieces, Nikki (Randall) Stephens, Karin (Jared) Johnson, Katie Elliott; great nieces, Selena Johnson, Khloe Johnson, Autumn Johnson; great nephews, Hayden Reynolds, Hunter Johnson, Colton Stephens and Jace Johnson.
