Cochran – Joyce Johnson Davis, age 83, died Saturday, April 17, 2021, in Bryant Nursing and Rehab Center in Cochran. She had been a resident of Green Meadows Assisted Living in Cochran for many years. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 5:00 P.M. in Mt. Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Robbie Passmore officiating.

Joyce, a life long resident of Bleckley County, was the daughter of the late Charlie Andrew and Eva Lou Abney Johnson. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.D. Davis, her brothers, Marvin Johnson and James Johnson and her sister Dorothy Barrs. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She was the last of her siblings to pass away.

Survivors include her niece and five nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the donor's church or charity of choice.

The family will greet friends after the service Tuesday at the cemetery.
