Cochran – Juanita N. Perkins, age 83, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at her residence. Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., in Bowers Cemetery.

Mrs. Juanita was born in Dodge County. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Isabell Pittman Noles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius Perkins. Mrs. Juanita was a homemaker but had worked at Bleckley Memorial Hospital and Dodge County Hospital in medical records. She loved to shop and go out to eat. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles and word searches. She was a member of Empire Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Carol (Johnny) P. Holland of Cochran, Steve (Lori) L. Perkins of Suwanee and Jason C. Perkins of Cochran; her grandchildren, Brandi Holland and Adam Perkins, and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1999, Memphis, TN 38101, or to a charity of your choosing.

A special thanks to the staff of Georgia Hospice Care for the love, care and support they showed to Mrs. Juanita and the family.

The family will greet friends after the service on Tuesday at Bowers Cemetery.
