Kandy Lynn Rozar, age 60, passed away peacefully at her home in Hawkinsville, Georgia, on October 29, 2025. A celebration of life visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mathis Funeral Home.

Born in Belle Glade, Florida, Kandy spent the majority of her life in Hawkinsville. She was a devoted member of New Life Church of God in Cochran and held her faith close throughout her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie H. Rozar Sr.

Kandy's life was deeply rooted in family. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her world, and she poured her heart into nurturing and supporting them. Her legacy lives on through those she loved so dearly.

She is survived by her mother, Glennette Moats of Tennessee; and seven children: Justin Lee Sr. (Megan) Rozar of Hawkinsville, Candance Imajean (Man) Rozar of Hawkinsville, Danny (Sheila) Rozar of Eastman, Shelia Wilson of Perry, Melissa (Steve) Poole of Hawkinsville, Phyllis Rozar of Tennessee, and Charlie H. Jr. (Carol) Rozar of Eastman. Kandy also leaves behind twenty grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rozar family. The family will receive visitors at 112 Third Ave., Hawkinsville, GA 31036.
