Cochran – Kathy Foskey Lee, age 75, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2024, in Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. in Cornerstone Church in Cochran. Burial will be in Lee Family Cemetery.

Kathy was lifelong resident of Bleckley County. She was the daughter of the late Clayton, Jr. and Lucy Tidwell Foskey and was preceded in death by her husband, Arlon Lee and her sister, JoAnn Foskey Lucas. Kathy was a homemaker and member of Cornerstone Church.

Survivors are her husband, Jesus Cappas, Jr. of Cochran; her children, Holly Frank of Locust Grove and Lynn Bowman of Austell; her grandchildren; her sister, Kaye (Timmy) Mullis of Baxley; her brother, Doyle Ray Foskey of Cochran; several nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends from 1:00 P.M. until time for the service Sunday at Cornerstone Church in Cochran.
