Cochran – Kevin Lee Carr, age 54, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2023, in Fairview Park Hospital surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 15, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. in Roddy Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Roddy Community Cemetery.

Kevin was born on February 3, 1969, in Dublin. He was the son of the late Jimmie Wallace "J.W." Carr, Sr. and Barbara Faye Scarboro and was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmie "Wallace" Carr, Jr. and his stepmother, Jewell F. Arnold. Kevin was a 1987 graduate of Dodge County High School and earned a bachelor's degree in human resources from the University of Phoenix. He worked as a Safety Specialist for the Department of Defense at Robins Air Force Base. Kevin loved being outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was the biggest Georgia Bulldog fan and loved watching the "Dawgs" play on Saturdays between the hedges. Kevin was a Christian, who loved the Lord and loved spreading his word.

Survivors are his wife, Suzie Sawyer Carr of Cochran; his children, Colby (Nora) Carr of Warner Robins and Abbie (Matthew) Francis of Cochran; his siblings, Regina (Don) Young of Rentz, Al (Chrissy) Arnold of Fraser, MI, Vickie (Ronnie) Rogers of Chester and Donnie (Stacy) Arnold of Eastman; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 1250 GA-126 Highway, Cochran and will greet friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Friday at Roddy Baptist Church.
