Cochran – Lannie Evans Curtis, age 74, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023, at Piedmont Hospital in Macon. Memorial services will be held Monday, December 11, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lannie was born on January 25,1949 in Eastman. She was the daughter of the late Jerry and Hattie Lee Rigby Evans. She was raised in Eastman and graduated from Dodge County High School. Mrs. Lannie was retired from Huddle House, where she worked as a waitress and a cook in both the Cochran and Eastman locations. She loved to play the lottery and would do anything for a tip.

Survivors are her granddaughters, Jenna Pace and Joanna Pace of Eastman; her step-granddaughter, Halie (Kace) Jarrell of Cochran; her daughter-in-law, Jessica Pace of Eastman and her brother Manning Evans of Eastman.

The family greet friends after the service Monday at Mathis Funeral Home.
