Dublin – Letha S. Fennell, age 101, died Wednesday, January 16, 2019, in Shamrock Nursing Home in Dublin. Graveside services will held Saturday, January 19, 2019, at 1:00 P.M. in Pleasant Olive Cemetery in Chester.

Mrs. Fennell, born in Laurens County, was the daughter of the late Albert and Ethel Scarborough Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph S. "Joe" Fennell. She was a homemaker and a bookkeeper and attended Cadwell Baptist Church.

Survivors are her son, Randall Fennell of Dublin and her sister, Matty Williams of Dublin.

The family will greet friends after the service at the cemetery.
