Cochran – Linda Gail Ross, age 75, died Friday, May 25, 2018, in the Bleckley Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. at Orphans Cemetery in Eastman.

Mrs. Ross, born in Jackson, GA, had lived in Cochran 18 years. She was the daughter of the late Hamilton Edgar and Burnetta Lunsford Freeman. She was a graduate of Jackson High School and Nursing School in Griffin.

Survivors are her loving husband, whom she married August 23, 1975, Dr. Gerald Ross of Cochran; children, Hamilton Wade Ross of Japan, Jeffery F. Ross of Denver, CO and Terri Lynn Carey of Ft. Worth, TX; grandchildren, Noah Ross of Japan and Dee Carey of Ft. Worth, TX; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 153 Crest Drive and will greet friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Monday at Mathis Funeral Home.
