Cochran – Lois Cranford Bryant, age 91, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024, in the Bleckley Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 8, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hart Family Cemetery.

Mrs. Lois, a lifelong resident of Bleckley County, was the daughter of the late John Allen and Claudie Mae Floyd Cranford. She was the wife of the late Wilmer E. "Fed" Bryant and was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Bryant Cranford, her son, Dennis Kevin Bryant, her sister, Monteen Cranford Wilkerson, her brothers, Adolph Cranford and Freeman Cranford. She was retired from the Bleckley County School Lunchroom and a member of Southside Baptist Church.

Survivors are her sons, Randy (Pam) Bryant of St. Augustine, FL and Ricky (Sandra) Bryant of McDonough; her grandchildren, Maria (Blake) Simpson of Eastman, Don Bryant of Cochran, Jennifer Bryant and Susie Bryant both of Palm Coast, FL, Justin (Lauren) Bryant of Columbus and Kyle (Natalie) Bryant of Marietta; seven great grandchildren; her sisters, Lucy Darsey, Patricia (Tommy) Adkins and Faye (Carlis) Roland all of Cochran and Ruby Mobley of Salem, AL; her brother, John Cranford of Macon; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 169 Crest Drive, Cochran and will greet friends from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. Sunday at Mathis Funeral Home.
