Cochran – Luke Wesley Duffey, age 18, died Friday, April 15, 2022, from injuries received in an automobile accident. Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 5:00 P.M. at Sojourn Church, 2238 US Highway 41 N, Perry GA 31069.

Luke, a Cochran native, was a 2021 graduate of Bleckley County High School, where he played football and soccer. He attended Middle Georgia State University and worked for Cannon Well Services. He enjoyed working at Warriors Harvest Farm, "Funny Farm", in Bleckley County and was a member of Sojourn Church. Luke loved Georgia Bulldog Football, good music, and his friends. He had a smile that would light up any room, and he loved to laugh and make jokes. Anyone that knew Luke would tell you that he was the life of the party, and that he had the biggest heart for other people. He had a magnetic personality that could pull any kind of person in.

Survivors are his parents, Ken and Cori Duffey; his brother, Deacon; his sister, Kensley; his grandparents, David "Boogaloo" and Donna Stewart, all of Cochran and Ken and Hildegard Duffey of Macon.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bleckley County Boys' Soccer Team, 1 Royal Drive, Cochran, GA 31014

The family is at 141 Fairway Drive, Cochran and will greet friends after the service Thursday at Sojourn Church in Perry.
