Cochran – Mandy NeSmith Scott, age 46, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Atrium Health Navicent in Macon. Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. in Orange Hill Cemetery in Hawkinsville.

Mandy was born on November 3, 1976, in Warner Robins. She was the daughter of the late William and Barbara McClung NeSmith. Mandy grew up in Hawkinsville and graduated with the Class of 1995 from Hawkinsville High School. For the last 11 years, she worked as a paraprofessional for the Bleckley County Primary School and 21st Century. Mandy loved her family and enjoyed going fishing, camping, shopping and decorating. She also loved her "school babies" and her animals. She was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church in Cochran.

Survivors are her husband, Michael Scott of Cochran; her sons, Will and Reagan Scott of Cochran; her sister, Monica NeSmith (Joey) Morris of Hawkinsville; her niece Amanda Katheryne (Chase) Iannuzzi of Charleston, SC and her nephew Taylor Morris of Hawkinsville.

The family is at 186 Purser-Braddy Road, Cochran and will greet friends after the service Thursday at Orange Hill Cemetery in Hawkinsville.
