Cochran– Mary Lois Bryant Brooks, age 75, died Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Brooks was born in Bleckley County on November 26, 1946. She was the daughter of the late James L. and Lois Manning Bryant and was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Brooks. She was a homemaker and was retired from the Bleckley County School System where she worked in the lunchroom.

Survivors are her children, Mark (Brenda) Francis, Randy (Mindy) Brooks, Brenda (Shane) Smith, Rodney Brooks and James Matthew Francis all of Cochran, Mike (Kim) Francis of Hawkinsville and Christy Kidd of Zebulon; her sister, Paulette Tucker of Cochran and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
