Cochran - Mrs. Mary Etta Craig, age 90, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024, at her home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. at Bethany Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Craig was born in Dodge County and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and retired from L&H Shirt Factory. Mrs. Etta was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel V. and Dorothy Marie Pitts Bowman, her husbands, Dale Craig and Alvin Arnold, and her brothers and sisters. Randy Bowman of Cochran, Dee Bowman of Savannah, Sara Meyers of Warner Robins, Doris Howard of Hawkinsville, Betty Jean Harper of West Palm Beach, FL, Charles Daniel "Buddy" Bowman and James Bowman of Cochran, and her grandson, Stephen Jolley of Dothan, AL. Mrs. Etta loved Redbirds and working in her yard and was awarded "Yard of the Month" several times.

Survivors include her son, Tony Alvin Arnold (Connie) of Baxley; her daughters, Lisa New (James) of Perry, Mary Ann Montano (Ed) of Warner Robins; brothers, Earl Bowman of Cochran, David Bowman and M.B. Bowman of Hawkinsville; sister, Polly Wade of Cary; grandchildren, Andy Arnold of Jesup and Dusty Arnold of Baxley, Jacob Mosely of Dothan, AL, Kimberly Nicole Montano and Jason Montano of Warner Robins, Shain Montano and Erica Montano of Texas; ten great- grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 251 Beech St. Cochran and will greet friends one hour before the service Tuesday at Bethany Baptist Church.
