Cochran – Neil B. Starley, age 76, died Friday, February 15, 2019, in Navicent Health in Macon. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 17, 2019, at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.

Neil was a lifelong resident of Bleckley County. He was the son of the late Elisha Berry "E.B." and Omie Lee Barlow Starley and was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Starley. He was retired from Georgia Kaolin and was owner and operator of Neil's Home Place Flooring and Carpet Cleaning. Neil was an avid golfer, playing at The Wood's Golf Course, loved country music and watching the western show "The Virginian". Neil was Baptist.

Survivors are his wife of 50 years, Frances B. Starley of Cochran; his daughter, Stacie Starley of Cochran; his brother, Bob (Marsha) Starley of Milledgeville; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 128 Oak St. and will greet friends from 2:00 P.M. until time for the service Sunday at Mathis Funeral Home.
