Cochran – Patricia Horn, age 77, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021, at Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins. Memorial services will be held Friday, November 12, 2021, at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home.

Mrs. Horn was born in Eastman and had lived most of her life in Cochran. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Lois West Pittman and was preceded in death by her son, Richard Dunlap; her brothers, Wendell Pittman, Donald Pittman, David Pittman and her sister, Hilda Upshaw. Mrs. Patricia enjoyed reading and watching television, especially her "soapies", gospel channels and the Home Shopping Network. She also enjoyed being involved with the Prison Pen Pals and corresponding with numerous inmates. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Donna (Jerwayne) McNair of Cochran and Mitchell (Ruby) Dunlap of Kunkletown, PA; her grandchildren, Melissa Miner, Tiffany (Brandon) Brisco, Andrew Horn Deann (Chris) Raley, Christopher (Linda) Dunlap and Jessica (Chris) Johnson, her great-grandchildren, Jackie Miner, Dallas Miner, Bryson Wallace, Gracie Wallace, Tanner Brisco, Brooklyn White, Taylor Raley, Kaitlin Raley, Kaleb Dunlap, Seth Owen, Brianna Dunlap and Mitchell Dunlap; her sister, Connie Smith of Dublin and several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 141 W Dykes Street and will greet friends after the service, Friday, at Mathis Funeral Home.
