Cochran – Patricia Ann "Pat" Meek, age 74, died Wednesday, December 26, 2018, in Pinewood Manor in Hawkinsville. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 29, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be private in Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Meek, born in Dublin, had lived most of her life in Cochran. She was the daughter of the late James Claude "J.C." and Kemper Knighton Kent and was preceded in death by her son Allen Brantley and her sister Mary Smith. She was a nurse and lab technician. Pat attended Evergreen Baptist Church.

Survivors are her son, Troy (Lisa) Brantley of Danville; her sister, Judy Evans of Cochran; her grandchildren, Heather (Kelly) Hitchcock, and Morgan (Phillip) Warren of Cochran and Melissa (Dillion) Davis of Danville; her great grandchildren, Abigail Hitchcock, Anna Claire Hitchcock, Allie Hitchcock, Brantley Hitchcock and Sadie Warren of Cochran; several nieces and a nephew.

The family is at 165 Little Rocky Creek Road off Highway 112 and will greet friends after the service Saturday at Mathis Funeral Home.
