Cochran – Richard Lynn Foskey, age 69, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 15, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Union Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Lynn was born in Macon on November 12, 1953 and was the son of the late John T. and Mary Alice Howell Foskey. He was a 1971 graduate of Cochran High School and earned an Associate Degree from Macon Technical College. He was retired and had worked at Robins Air Force Base. He was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors are his wife, JoAnn Foskey of Cochran; his children, Taylor and Emily Foskey of Cochran; his brothers, Allen (Jenny) Foskey of Cochran and Tommy Foskey of Savannah; several nieces and nephews.

The family is at 512 Hudson Jones Road and will greet friends Sunday, from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Mathis Funeral Home.
