Cochran – Robert L. Barnett, Sr., age 71, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at Serenity Hospice in Dublin. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 30, 2018, at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be private in Pulaski-Bleckley Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Barnett, born in Eastman, had lived in Cochran since 1984. He was the son of the late Sam and Johnnie Kate Lamb Barnett and was preceded in death by his wife, Doris William Barnett. He was owner and operator of Barnett's Repair and a member of Grace Chapel Church of God of Prophecy.

Survivors are his children, Lee (Corie) Barnett, David (Kelly) Hinson and Dale (Nancy) Hinson of Cochran, Robin (Marc) Pittman of Indiana; brother, Wyman (Faye) Barnett of Eastman; twenty four grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
