Cochran – Ross I. Register, age 72, died Sunday, February 27,2022, at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, March 4, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurens County.

Ross, born in Laurens County, had lived in Cadwell before moving to Cochran. He was the son of the late Ira James and Ollie Mae Knight Register and was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Register. He was retired from Lithonia Lighting. Ross loved the lord and loved to fish.

Survivors are his wife, Vickie Register of Cochran; his children, Denicia Montes of Cochran and Dana Register of Fort Valley; 6 grandchildren; several great grandbabies; his sister, Shirley Ellison of Byron and several nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends after the service Friday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
